Michèle arrived in Dubai in 2005 – when the city was still becoming what the world recognises. From Berlin, she came not chasing a market, but following a conviction. That instinct has defined everything since. At TECOM Group, she served as Project Manager for strategy and business development across free zone parks, city infrastructure, and commercial real estate – an environment that sharpened her understanding of the market and her instinct for what clients actually need. She then spent nine years as a partner to one of Germany's most respected real estate firms, leading transactions at the very top of the luxury segment – and building client relationships that extend well beyond the closing table.
