Today, she is the Co-Founder and Senior Executive of Coming Home Real Estate, bringing with her more than two decades of deep expertise in the UAE’s real estate and business sectors. Her entry into the real estate world began during her time as a Project Manager for Commercial Real Estate at TECOM Group, where her passion for property and client engagement quickly came to the forefront. Following this, Michèle spent 9 years partnering with one of Germany’s most prestigious real estate firms, where she led the closing of multiple high-end residential deals, consistently delivering impact at the top tier of the luxury market. This experience laid the foundation for her decision to launch her own venture in Dubai’s competitive market.
